COMMISSIONER TOOLS

All league Commissioners have a suite of tools to configure and change various parts of the League behavior. These are broken down into 2 sections; functionality found on the Commissioner’s League Home Page and functionality grouped into a separate toolset on its own page. Almost all actions write an audit log to the Transaction list.

Tools found on the Commissioner League Home Page

Edit League Configuration
(Until draft begins for most)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the league configuration chosen during registration. These options are broken down into individual links on the Commissioner’s League Home Page.
Lock/Unlock Owners
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to prevent any manager from making roster changes or posting to the League home page. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach List.
Delete Manager
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to remove any team from the league. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach List.
Edit Waiver Priority
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver priority, if Waivers are being used. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach List. Available after the draft is completed.
Edit Draft Order
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to set any draft order you wish. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach List. A randomization option is available.
Trade Draft Picks
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to change the order of when each team picks, on a round-by-round basis. Each team must still draft once per round. Found in the Message section on the League Home Page. Not available until the initial draft order is set.
Submit Draft Results
(Until draft is saved)		 This allows the Commissioner to submit the draft results, for Offline Drafts only. Found in the Message section on the League Home Page.

Change Commissioner (All season) This allows the Commissioner to give Commissioner power to anyone else in the league. Multiple Commissioners is allowed.
Change League Details
(All season)		 Allows the Commissioner to change league details, such as, the league name and logo.
Edit Draft Order
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to set the draft order.
Manage Can't Cut List (All season) This function allows the Commissioner to prevent certain players from being dropped in their league.
Multi-league Championship (All season) Enables the Commissioner to challenge the Commissioner of a similar MFS league to a championship game betweens the winners of each league.
Send League Invite
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to invite other managers to join the league by emailing the League ID and password.
Test Scoring
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to enter simulated results, by position, and generate position totals to see if the scoring output seems right for the league.
Edit Waiver Priority
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver priority, if Waivers are being used. Available after the draft is completed.
Adjust Finances
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to apply payments or adjust the league entry amount on a team by team basis.
Adjust Move Count
(All season)		 Lists the move count of each team in the league and allows the Commissioner to change the number.
Delete Manager
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to remove any team from the league.
Lock/Unlock Owners
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to prevent any manager from making any roster moves or posting to the League home page. Also, the Commissioner has the ability to delete managers is found in this area (until the season begins).
Manage Rosters
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to perform roster changes for any team in the league, even after the games have started.
Run Stats
(After first week)		 This allows the Commissioner to rerun the stats for any week that has been completed. Very helpful if the Commissioner must make posthumous lineup changes for any team in the league.
Change Player Waiver Date
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver release date of individual players, if Waivers are being used.
Override Waiver Process Date/Time
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver end date/time, if Waivers are being used. This must be set prior to the first game of the week being changed.
